Rangkaian Power Amplifier 2000 Watt
Power amplifier circuit provides berukut Capable up to 2000W peak power and a minimum of 1500W continuous, it has to be said that this amplifier will blow up any speaker connected to it. Regardless of the claimed power that can handle various drivers, they can not. To put this whole issue into perspective, take the most powerful and robust drivers you can (8 ohms), and connect it directly to the 110V mains (I recommend this as a 'thought experiment', rather than actually doing it!). 110V RMS into 8 ohms is 1500 W. How long would you expect the speaker to last? Most will be toast within perhaps 30 seconds or less! A very few will last slightly longer, but none will take that level of abuse for more than a few minutes.
Skema Rangkaian Power Amplifier 2000 WattIt is imperative that Q5 (the bias servo transistor) is mounted on the heatsink, in excellent thermal contact. This is because, unlike most of my other designs, this amp uses conventional Darlington output configuration. It is necessary to use a Darlington arrangement (or a low power Darlington transistor as shown) for Q5 to ensure that the bias remains at a safe value with temperature. There is probably good cause to model and test this aspect of the design very carefully, because it is so important. The arrangement as shown will reduce quiescent current at elevated temperatures. For example, if total Iq at 24°C is 165mA, this will fall to ~40mA at 70°C. This is probably fine, because there is some delay between the a power 'surge' and the output transistors transferring their heat to the bias servo via the heatsink.
The circuit is completely conventional, using a long tailed pair input stage, direct coupled to the VAS. No current mirror was used for the LTP, as this increases open loop gain and may give rise to stability issues. In a very high power amp, stability is paramount. The amp must never oscillate under any normal load condition, because the heat created can cause almost instant transistor failure.
The power supply needed for an amp of this size is massive. Grown welding machines will look at it and cry. For intermittent operation, you need a minimum of a 1000VA transformer (or 1500VA for the 2000W version), and it will have to be custom made because of the voltages used. If you expect to run the amp at continuous high power, then transformers should be 2kVA and 3000VA respectively. Filter capacitors will pose a problem - because you need caps rated for 150V, these will be hard to find. Because high voltage high value caps can be difficult to find, it may be necessary to use two electros in series for each capacitor location. This is the arrangement shown. You must include the resistors in parallel - these equalise the voltage across each capacitor so that they have the same voltage. Remember to verify the ripple current rating! This can be expected to be over 10A, and under-rated capacitors will blow up.
Another difficulty is the bridge rectifier. Although 35A bridges would seem to be adequate, the peak repetitive current is so high that they may not be up to the task. I suggest that you use two (or even three) in parallel as shown. The bridge rectifier voltage rating should be a minimum of 400V, and they must be mounted on a substantial heatsink.

The optical navigation key makes scrolling through emails a breeze and also helps bounce around the menus quickly and easily. The camera has been upgraded to a full five megapixels and heavy data users will love the support for up to 10.2Mbps connections over HSDPA. The audio jack has also had the upgrade treatment with 3.5mm jack now appearing on the top of the device.
Nokia Messaging is also on board (with a lifetime license) and now supports access and easy set up for Instant Messaging accounts including Yahoo! Messenger, Google Talk and Ovi, amongst others. Email set up is even easier than before through Nokia Messaging, Mail for Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes Traveler.

NOKIA 5530 XpressMusic REVIEW AND SPECIFICATION
As far as we're concerned, Nokia's 5530 XpressMusic far and away out-classes its more expensive older brother the 5800, even if it is lacking in the 3G department. British phone retailer mobiles.co.uk thought it best to tease us with an unboxing video of their own, along with some quick impressions of the touchscreen device. It's certainly a looker, and a sleek device they're pretty confident will do well. Some of the S60 5th edition additions are very welcomed, such as the new scrolling contacts bar, but for better and for worse (mostly worse), it's still S60. See it for yourself after the break, and if you wish really hard, there's a good chance this still won't get 3G, but at least you can say you tried.
It's a phone not too dissimilar to the 5800 XpressMusic in shape, albeit slightly smaller with a 2.9-inch screen. It feels lightweight and the screen is noticeably smaller than other touchscreen offerings, but it doesn't feel too tiny for a touchscreen, although it's probably on the edge of what's acceptable.
It should be pointed out that this is Nokia's budget offering, coming in at a price of £129.99 from the Carphone Warehouse, and therefore some compromises will have been made to shrink the cost of the phone down while maintaining a lot of the feel of its bigger brother, the 5800 XpressMusic.
The top houses the on/off switch, which is quite small and seems a little lonely all alone on the face - but perhaps it's being punished by Nokia for some misdemeanour on a lowly S40 device, as it's usually accompanied by a USB socket and/or a 3.5 mm jack.
The front of the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic also holds a number of touch sensitive keys, namely call and terminate options, a menu button and a media button located at the top which calls up elements of the phone like pictures, video and music on a drop-down menu. This touch sensitive element requires a bit of a poke to get working, but that's still miles better than the 'breathe and you'll hit it' touch sensitive buttons on the LG GD900 Crystal.
Nokia has also deigned to give us a 3.2MP camera with single LED flash on the rear of the 5530 XpressMusic, although this is a basic mobile photography effort with no sign of the Carl Zeiss that adorn the N-series handset cameras.The front also has a stainless steel finish (although you have to peer closely to realise it) and houses two speakers for stereo output, which work quite well and will be looked at in more detail in the media section

Rangkaian TL072 Audio Power Amplifier
This TL072 power amplifier circuit providing an ac voltage gain of 4, in order to drive less sensitive power amplifiers. As modern Hi-Fi home equipment is frequently fitted with small loudspeaker cabinets, the bass frequency range is rather sacrificed. This circuit features also a bass-boost, in order to overcome this problem. You can use a variable resistor to set the bass-boost from 0 to a maximum of +16dB @ 30Hz. If a fixed, maximum boost value is needed, the variable resistor can be omitted and substituted by a switch.
Note:
- A log type for P2 ensures a more linear regulation of bass-boost.
- Please note that, using SW1, the boost is on when the switch is open, and off when the switch is closed.

- Q6 & Q7 must have a small U-shaped heatsink.
- Q8 & Q9 must be mounted on heatsink.
- Adjust R11 to set quiescent current at 100mA (best measured with an Avo-meter connected in series to Q8 Drain) with no input signal.
- A correct grounding is very important to eliminate hum and ground loops. Connect to the same point the ground sides of R1, R4, R9, C3 to C8. Connect C11 to output ground. Then connect separately the input and output grounds to power supply ground.

For those wishing to experiment, the supply voltage rails could be raised to + and - 50V maximum, allowing the amplifier to approach the 100W into 8 Ohm target
Note:
- A small, U-shaped heatsink must be fitted to Q6 & Q7.
- Q8 & Q9 must be mounted on large heatsinks.
- Quiescent current can be measured by means of an Avo-meter wired in series to the positive supply rail and no input signal.
- Set the Trimmer R10 to its minimum resistance.
- Power-on the amplifier and adjust R10 to read a current drawing of about 120 - 130mA.
- Wait about 15 minutes, watch if the current is varying and readjust if necessary.

The Nokia 6790 Surge is a device optimized for messaging with a full keyboard and support for WCDMA 850/1900 HSDPA and EGSM 850/900/1800/1900. Take photos with a 2 megapixel camera and enjoy videos, music and graphics on the 2.4” QVGA (320x 240 pixels) 16M color display. Before seeing it in person, the Nokia 6790 Surge just had a look that made it stand out and enticing. Those feelings quickly subsided as we noticed the almost cheap feel of the design. It's kind of hard gauging which way to hold the phone at first – we wonder which orientation the designers built the phone around. The glossy plastic used throughout just attracts finger prints and leaves us with a sense of inferior materials. The top portion of the phone with the screen is relatively thin while the body housing the QWERTY is almost three times as thick. It's wider (2.28”) when comparing it to similar side-sliding devices. Luckily it won't drag you down because of the lightweight (4.38 oz) feel in the pockets – the plastic casing is responsible for that. We're definitely afraid of even slightly dropping the device because it feels a bit on the fragile side.
For the most part, the 2.4” LCD screen dominates the front with it's ability to display 16 million colors. Although it has a resolution of 240x320 pixels, it just does not look quite as sharp as we hoped for. Even the colors seemed a bit of the drab side and doesn't jump out enough to make it stand out. The outdated look of the interface is partly to blame for the Surge's screen quality taking a dive. Placing the brightness to the highest setting will still pose a problem when attempting to view it in direct sunlight – making it difficult to see what you're doing.
Sliding the phone left to right will allow you access to the spacious four row QWERTY keyboard. All the buttons are next to one another with no spacing in between – they're large enough for your thumbs to feel out and quite tactile to our taste. Dialing a phone number is annoying because it can be accomplished only by using the numeric pad on the QWERTY. Thankfully you can bypass all of that by just accessing your address book and selecting the person you want to call. The bottom row of keys could've been effectively turned into additional buttons – you find the space bar and two shift buttons taking up excessive space. The backlighting is adequate with most of the illumination emanating from the center. The QWERTY was the stand out great feature – typing away becomes natural on it.

The N97 mini is based on the same tilt display design of its N97 big brother, built into a smaller body complete with new design touches.Its 'Mini' moniker doesn't mean this is a heavily stripped down version of the original N97, however.
While it does pare down some elements of the N97 - such as a smaller screen and reduced internal flash memory from 32GB to 8GB - the N97 Mini is still a big hitter in the pure feature count department.

Audio Amplifier 4 Transistor
The circuit a 4-transistor amplifier suitable for a variety of projects including receivers, intercoms, microphones, telephone pick-up coils, and general audio monitoring. The amplifier has a power isolation circuit and bandwidth limiting to reduce oscillations and “motorboating”. The values are not particularly critical and modest deviations from the indicated values will not significantly degrade the performance.
Three cell battery packs giving about 4.5 volts are recommended for most transformerless audio amplifiers driving small 8 ohm speakers. The battery life will be considerably longer than a 9 volt rectangular battery and the cell resistance will remain lower over the life of the battery resulting in less distortion and stability problems.
The amplifier may be modified to work with a 9 volt battery if desired by moving the output transistors’ bias point. Lowering the 33k resistor connected from the second transistor’s base to ground to about 10k will move the voltage on the output electrolytic capacitor to about 1/2 the supply voltage. This bias change gives more signal swing before clipping occurs and this change is not necessary if the volume is adequate.
